Summary:
I spotted him in the halls inside the Nexus, without an escort, clearly trespassing. I handcuffed him and told him to enter the elevator so I could escort him out. He jumped into the shaft and landed on top of the elevator. From there, I followed up to the third floor where he continued to run away, despite the fact I had the taser pointed at him.
I had no choice but to knock him unconscious and request a warrant for his arrest. When he awoke, he made another attempt to run, until I knocked him out again. After requesting the warrant for a second time, the President at the time instructed officers to escort anyone who violated the law up to his floor for a court session. I tried to do so, telling him to head upstairs.
When we got to the shaft, he deliberately jumped down and committed suicide.
