Moxew gets angry. He'll realize in about a day that he's fucked up. Meh. I'm not saying he shouldn't get an OOC blacklist, because he should. I know he's upset and stuff it's just got to him over time with genuine minges on FL. He's an angry person. I know, and I'll literally apologize on his behalf. Just remember that although it's not an excuse, please remember he's younger than a lot of people on FL. However I agree with this Report.
EDIT: Involved because I was talking to him on steam at the time.

It started when I denied a modification for a friend of his' car as i thought it was not a realistic modification, which was a term Laurenz had told me to abide by if I was to be given carmodaccess.
He began by insulting me in Local OOC and then took to OOC to continue insulting me then continuing to insult the whole playerbase, except for Zech and Soulripper
