Summary: Metagame. Moxew was at BP and asking for the money, he stated that if he was arrested, the hostage dies. When you handcuff someone you cannot PM them therefore Moxew used a 3rd party tool in order to contact CapybaraSnow and for him to kill the hostage.

We had a timer that we were going with. If Moxew did not contact me saying he had the money after a certain amount of time, I would assume he had been taken in to custody and I would threaten to kill the hostage if he was not released and payed. I waited long enough and killed the hostage, informing the president of this.

A timer was never discussed during the build up to the arrest. Even looking in my console now, I see nothing. It was only after we quizzed you about meta in OOC that you said you had a timer. Could I see evidence of this timer that you supposedly discussed?

In game voice chat. it wasn't discussed between me and the president, it was discussed between me and moxew. I told him that he needs to PM me if he gets the money, if he didn't respond after a certain time I would assume he was arrested and kill the hostage.
