How do you know that he/she Drived it? what if he crashed before? what if the car was stolen ?

First off, stop posting here. You're not involved.
1) I saw an Audi, same material, with what looked like a rebel driving it towards UM as I was responding on foot to the gunfight.
2) I'd find it extremely hard to crash at that angle.
3) Why did he not to /stolen, as stated it was being driven by what looked like a rebel before-hand. It's pretty much a miracle to not be him driving it as all the rebels were based in there.
