Summary: He didn't have public build permissions at the time, and no admins were connected. He admitted to this and and said he'd wait for a admin to approve it. Thing is, he continued to build/had built a structure and upon myself and Laurenz attempting to explain to him that he was breaking the rules, he totally refused to ignore us over 5 times, which is honestly insulting with how many chances I gave him before I posted any form of ban request/@ call. I'm totally for letting newer players know and giving them a hand, but being totally ignored when trying to help him to avoid a ban.

Upon Zecon and Pinky arriving, the accused player continued to ignore everyone and not remove it, then D/Ced to avoid two Moderators.

I even gave him the IP to the build server and told him how to dupe everything and send it there, he still went on having the dupe there..
