Was involved. H cdmed about 30+ people. He also r/c to get his car back lots. Will upload some evidence withing 20 hours

Approved.
User was found guilty for mass CDMs including a check in the logs (oh my) abundant amounts of CDM were called for.
A blacklist will take effect.
