Summary: capn billy buttrape randomly killed me as a cop. I accidentally bumped into his car and when he pulled me over he shot me in my car without saying anything. Also an ambulance was getting in the way which didn't help matters because I wasn't sure if the siren was from the ambulance or the cop pulling me over. Watch the video for evidence...

Actually, maybe a blacklist from police officer might be a better punishment, i'm not sure.
Various other players on the server commented on how he was killing other people randomly too.

When I saw him he was D/Cing everytime a warrant was placed on him.
