I was wondering, is it a banable offense to take money from the printer as a Goverment

I have never seen any government official banned for taking money from an item of contraband prior to destroying/confiscating it. I don't see the issue, since the money could be taken by the government and injected into the economy or help with funding elsewhere.

Although proper government officers should always ignore the money that is in the contraband they are presumably destroying, a blind eye is often turned on that one-off occasion. However, if any government employee is found waiting for contraband to produce money, they'll lose that job access and/or be banned.
