Summary: These two were breaking countless rules such as: Mass RDM, CDM, Teamkill, Fail RP, etc etc....
It was mainly "lolboaty", but "Shorty"(who changed his name to TheAverageGamer") was also shooting randomly at some points.
Without reason they were walking around the streets as Police Officers killing everyone in sight and just being general minges.
