I was corleone, the don walkt inside the shop and askt for protection money or his shop would go up in flames, and he didnt pay? So i threw an molotov on the outter side of the shop, then while they was talkeing and saying it was the other guy, I ran from behind BP and over with an molotov, hitting the front at the door next to the Café. I've even told him the reason in-game so I thing in my opinion it wasn't passive RP.

I was playing the Don and it doesn't state in the rules that PassiveRP can't be involved in crimes.
We had a reason and we went straight after the strike away from the crime scene.
