Summary: I watched the player pull out a weapon, he then decided to get in his car, I had my shotgun at him and shouted out many times, he just kept saying "why" and then sped off breaking fearRP.
Evidence: I was only able to capture 2 screenshots, because after the first one, I froze up, and took the 2nd as fast as I could, but he admitted in PM to doing it because I "randomly pulled him over"

Yeah, I also pulled this guy over yesterday... eventually he got out of the car but it took him about 3 minutes for me.
He doesn't seem to know or care about FearRP in cars.
