Summary: Basically someone went into his shop, to buy some guns, then the gun dealer pulled a gun on him, which is infact FailRP anyway, then killed an unarmed man, which is RDM. So then, me and SRU ran in, to detain him. So we did, but later on, he refused to let the guy in, because he didn't like him, which is yet again FailRP.
Evidence: I have video evidence, not the best, but you could also ask the following witnesses:

I have now sorted out the video proof, it is no longer private, you can now view it and decide one his ban, sorry for the delay. I hope he gets banned, because he is a minge, and it does really annoy me having to play with people like him on the server....
