So, I got an accident, and the ambulance revived me , but don't gave me any health, I was so at 6 Health Left, so I try, slowly to pass on the road.. But then I understood a *Cling*, so I was like, oh, I just run on a car, but then, 2 seconds later ( approximatly ) I lost my car, and get blacklisted for CDM , for 4H ..
I think that in my situation, 4H is not really appropriate, I don't care if I have an Blacklist, but just drop it plz..
( I hope I don't need pictures, because I don't have any.. )

You broke the rules. You managed to run over someone who was standing completely still. I discussed this with you ingame and I came to the same conclusion there.
