Summary: He kept on shooting at us and our cars because we were speeding even when I told him to stop doing he kept on doing and doing, I was protecting myself cause even when I stoped the car he wanted to kill me, after I killed him he broke NLR and killed me after. he kept on breaking NLR about 13 times.
