You'll need some evidence.
I was living next door, and i can confirm that the creator of this BR wasn't showing any signs of movement from the house, nor did he give anyone a reason to raid. Wuzzy checked my house, and i came down to him with a gun, he then ran to the next house, and lockpicked their door.
