Summary: Couple minutes after previous CDMer left the server, another one appeared. Lazer started ramming Nexus and people nearby with his firetruck, he killed about 8 people. After I got some pictures he disappeared.

Evidence was deemed sufficient, but after reviewing the logs it has become apparent that accused player's fire truck had been stolen.
Therefore, a suspension will be applied to Deathgun (STEAM_0:0:97989934) for 3 days.
