ok so since yesterday my ban requests have been coming out weird..
like this one (example)

anyone know why and how to fix?

dont copy paste the ENTIRE window begin your marking at [ b ] at name and stop at [ / b ] at Evidence, no more than that

That's not a helpful answer, it wont solve it.
This happens on one of my computers, but not on the others.

I had that problem as well. I copied the template and saved it in a notepad. It's not "the fix" but it's a fix. Don't need to go to the template page everytime you make a br now as well.

If any ban requests are coming out in a weird format, then just highlight the whole post and click this button on the formatting bar:

This removes any formatting put in place. You will have to add the bold tags again though.
