Summary: looks like he CDM before (but i did not see) and then he shot a guy on the floor for no reason (guessing its the guy he cmd)

The taserd person rdm a poeple and shoot with his sniper !! And he have a few minutes ago cdm.
He was tasert and he wake up i have said stand still!!Than k have taser hin and an officer wake hin up
He runs away i try to taser fail and i shoot and he died
It was so i havent got break the Rule
And u have said it but not make instead an ban request
I dont have do anything i not breaking the rules !

start of with you broke a rule by random shooting, second of you shot his body while he was on the ground regardless if he was dead or not its not aloud. you broke rules and face it i have video evidence, it may be laggy buy it still shows you random shooting.
