Summary: Plagiato essentially went around the city RDMing and tazing everyone he saw, I was able to get one video on Plagiato, I also suspect
that Plagiato and El Harto as in the video, you can see Plagiato shooting other people except El Harto and even uncuffing and letting El Harto go.
