Summary: I had went police officer and walked outside the nexus to see El Harto, another police officer randomly tazing everyone he saw. Whoever he
tazed he would the step on their body and attempt to kill them, in the video I believe I only caught one of these instances where he stepped on their bodies afterward.
Blurr and Zan can serve as witness to this, as they were there when this happened.
His ingame character name was Jamie Clark, and in the chat on the bottom left of the screen in the pictures I took, you can see the log of him tazing both Zan and Blurr, he tazed
Zan twice but I do not believe I caught the first time.
