Joining server bug - coolbranx - 08-24-2011
Ok basically when i join the server it just goes black, goes on desktop and a message saying hl2.exe is not working and says windows is trying to solve the problem, this only happens mostly in the morning. I have no idea why its doing it but could you please reply and tell me why it keeps doing it.

I got the same problem and how I fix it is go on another server and play on it for a round and go join fearless.

Try validating your game cache and defrag the game files as well.
