Told him multiple times to read the server rules, he told me "why?". He was also building doors in the middle of the street.
TIME: 0:45 building doors in the middle of main street.

Im pretty sure if the admins were to check his logs, they'll see him prop killing folks...Never any admins on when needed most lol.
