Involved as was there at time.
These two people are both friends and this message was not shown as an insult to the other person as they are both friends who were playing together doing some building.
I have messaged mollypop about the situation and when she comes online she will be notified of the situation.

Joke or not, I don't see how that makes it okay using that language in the serverwide OOC chat.
Joking/messing around does not give you the rights to breach the server rules.
