Summary: It all started when me, Lesanka and a few others were roleplaying as neighbors in the lake houses when Toffee_Waffle decided to spawn a camera on our wall. We called him out on it and told him no to do it. I suppose he liked the reaction we gave him so he begun spawning cameras everywhere. At one point he spawned a camera, made it slightly invisible and put it through the door of one of the lake houses.
Once he was done with minging with the camera, he decided to become a 'Porhub Manager' and start offering contracts to appear in porn.
After me and some other neighbors told him off again, he spawned an annoying and noisy little double prop duo. A camera stuck to an axe. He was throwing it around and making a huge racket and even stuck it through the door, just like he did with the camera.
He was minging like this for over 40 minutes, I can provide timestamps of the screenshots I took if necessary.

Evidence was deemed sufficient, as the accused player was found violating rules regarding prop and camera abuse.
A blacklist from Physgun, props/entities, and Toolgun will be applied for 8 hours.
