Summary: I got arrested for 10 min when there were no jail guard. I warned the pres twice before i decided to make this BR. There were no jail guard (as you can see in the video) when i was arrested for 10 min. But later on, a SRU sergeant came up and claimed to be a jail guard, but he was 2-3 minutes late.
