Summary: Cookies was driving in the middle of the road, I warranted him for an arrest for reason "wreckless driving", I went and put my disabled police cruiser back in the garage and re-spawn it so I could catch him, I stopped him in the middle of the road and explained to him why I was arresting him, while he was at gun point, he jumped in his car than starting driving off. I disabled his vehicle because he as using it to get away, when his vehicle was disabled, he reconnected.
