CDM and breaking NLR.
CDM - He drove me over because he was angry at me, as I killed him while he was a dictator. I did have a valid reason to do so (Cars banned).
NLR - I killed him while he was in his car, and he ran back to it one minute later. I ran to him and asked: Don't break NLR, then he got angry and drove me over.
