Summary: I was patrolling when I noticed that they were prop surfing and minging. Earlier on,one of them, who i believe to be TrollerHero, was on the top of the nexus tranquilizing everyone he saw in the city.

At approximately 8.17 p.m., I believe they started tranquilizing people from the roofs again. Notice how he disappears as soon as Lauri changes his job from citizen to gundealer. They both deny doing anything but logs may show if they equipped tranquilizer snipers.
