Summary: We find this guy driving around whit an Gov car ''Firetruck''. + not being the owner. We get him out of the car and we see him got a weapon ''Knife'' We tell him to drop it ''Holster'' When he holsters the Weapon ''Knife'' We puts handcufs on him and asks for a warrant arrest , and he D/C.
