Summary: Breaking FearRp, multiple times.
As i walked in the city, patrolling on feet, i heard a car speeding, so turned around, decided to give him a warning, then he turned around on a way which he wasn't allowed to turn around so i decided to question him what he's doing, he stepped out, friend yelled at me, as you hear in the video, he said ''you told me to get out'', then i showed him where he took a turn which was a fault and he and his friend decide to run, i pulled my gun out as he still drove off which was a break of fearrp, i decided to slow him down by damaging his car because he would have been a true danger for evocity.
