Title of Suggestion: Warrant by car licence plate
Description: When warranting, you can also put in their licence plate to warrant them.
EG. Instead of /warrant arrest Link running half the server over you could /warrant arrest EBC-8JA running half the server over
Why: It means you can actually warrant through their number plate if they are running away, and is just a quite nice feature to have.

Been thinking about this, was going to post a suggestion about this too. Definitely annoying when you can't make full use of the licence plates.

Would make it easier to catch speeders too, as they never seem to stop.
