Summary: He keeps tranquing people and running them over i only got a pic of him doing it to a fireman because now he keeps killing me when i spawn and i cant get an image of it.

I can also say that he also drove me over while i was tranqed. (There was a random tranqer)
He drove past me, got hit by his wheel so i lost 20 hp. He saw the blood coming out of me, so he decided to go reverse and finish me.
Sadly, I have no evidence, but if he's a man he should admit it.
