Memory Closing down GMOD. - GeneralSirens - 08-27-2014

Recently I have been playing and it keeps on popping up with "Please close these programs for the computer to function optimally as it is taking up too much memory" But I continue as it always wants to take down HL2. which is Gmod's Process. So I continue playing and My screen freezes for half a minute but I can still move and do stuff, and eventually it closes down my Garry's Mod with no explanation.

As it takes me 15 minutes to relog in, that's why I'm pissed.

What i linked wasn't a guide, it was a site that would've make him understand how it works, and why the problem occurs.

My recommendation open Task Manager and click Memory and it will show what is using the most...

How much RAM do you have? That'd massively help towards this.
