Summary: Basically, there was a police officer who was tazing someone with good reason. Then another police turns up at the scene and stands there for about a minute, when the suspect receives his next taze, SKuLL attempted to prop kill him but was instantly awakened by the tazer gun. He gets tazed one more time after running. However, he prop kills the suspect.
