Summary:
I was walking around when I saw experienced players punch whoring each other to death. Not only were they doing that, they were being healed by a paramedic.
A fight is IC yes, but when being healed by a paramedic in a fight, it is pure minging.

Evidence was deemed sufficient, as accused player ([FL:RP] Binkadin, STEAM_0:1:22027439) was found violating rules regarding the correct use of a tranquillizer sniper.
