Summary: I was attempting to get an arrest warrant on him after I searched his base for the visible contra (he had tried to kill me and broke NLR to try and destroy his contra before me) and as I was waiting for the warrant to go through he reconnected.
Additionally, he later intentionally ran me over as I was standing next to my car. I have no screenshots though.
