Involved: me and the member of staff
Why we should unban you: I had went to the office because there was no one in there and the doors where rent able so I rented them out and used them as a base for my drug labs and etc. I did not get a warning to sell the place or remove the items I was walking down the road and got banned

I'm not required to give warnings.
It clearly says to read the rules when you join, which you did not.
7. All buildings in the main city street and all obvious shops are reserved for passive RP. Do not base here.
