Summary: I was arresting a rebel for interfering with a police situation I was fining someone else when he just kept comming and interfered and made so the suspect almost escaped me, I told him several times to back off. Anyway I was arresting him and he refused several times to face the tunnel wall and when a car came he said "RUN ME OVER" also calling me a "vagina"
