Summary:Well he thought i stole a taxi, so he tazed me and handcuffed me. after that i tried to tell him what happened, then he took his car and ran away while i still was handcuffed.

[GD:S] Dan will receive a short blacklist from the police force for cuffing without adequate reason and leaving with them still on.
