Summary: I was arresting Moon for trespassing when Xicor, a police officer,helped him escape and then he CDMed me. Do not have video of the cdm, but i have the time when he did it, so logs will show. Xicor also soon after shot at me randomly after i arrested Moon for another reason. Xicor ran to the tides hotel and then changed jobs to avoid arrest,that might be on the logs too because i accidentally deleted the FRAPS video before saving it.
