Edit: Sorry for the small gap in the video, i stopped recording because i assumed he would stop running after i cuffed him, as seen in the video he didnt stop and continued running so i started recording again.

Your gun wasn't even aimed at me i were running i never looked back
and when you cutted the video you can see you had a stick button on me and not a gun.
And i still don't get the reason why you wanted to arrest me pretty randomly.

My gun was clearly aimed at you for the entire "scene".
I cutted the video there because i believed the rulebreak was over because i managed to handcuff you, people rarely run away when cuffed. I was wrong and you still ran off, hence i started recording again.
When you are in cuffs and someone tries to arrest you with the stick you are still not allowed to run away.
I believe i arrested you for assault, not sure anymore.
