Crash when downloading server files - monk - 07-21-2014
Ayo cuh how it do. I recently swagified and upgraded from my craptop to a pc, but now whenever I try to join any server I crash when downloading files. I've verified the cache, lowered graphics(*cries*) and set it to directx 8 (*cris mor*) It's probably important to mention I have that windows xp swag. I really want to swag up on the server again so any help is appreciated.

You sure it has to do with downloading the files? I've never heard of downloading files causing a crash.
If you're adamant about the act of downloading files causing the problem, try joining a sandbox and see if you can connect to it.

I've learned that it's only when downloading from workshop, and that most other xp users experience this problem. I can still play fearless though 8)
