Summary: I don't know if this is bannable but it is really annoying, he's coming to me telling me that I am random raiding and random tazing people I wasn't randomly doing anything, I had a good reason to raid which was High walls because the president didn't allow those. and I tazed him because he punched me and tried to ran away. those were not random. so I am not sure if its bannable
however he also did step on the the person's body to kill him, and not get him arrested.

I saw several running on the players body, attempting to kill him.

I've already posted Ban Requests on the people who were running on the bodies and it got approved and they got banned. you can check that here
