User CP -> Change Signature -> Type anything or throw a picture link in and use the picture tool.
Scroll down to the little pen where the following link will be.

If you go to the User CP at the top left, then on the right you have a taskbar. On this task bar underneath "Edit Profile" there is a link saying "Edit Signature". At this point you can add a picture like this

Its really funny because i do not have that option. I went to cp and pressed F3 and looked for sig, didnt find anything.
