Summary: Shbeb was Black Market Dealer and i was buying seeds and pots of him i asked and paid for 5 pots and 20 seeds and paid alot for them 2.5K above average price and he only gave 15 seeds and 5 pots after that he started runnning he ran in a house i got a hostagerope tied him up held him in the house he ran in by buying the door and closing it and told him if he didnt give me the 5 seeds i wouldve put a BR on him. So basically he scammed me.

Evidence was deemed sufficient. The accused player, Shbeb (STEAM_0:1:73578283), was found violating rules. A suspension has been issued for 2 weeks.
