Summary: I was randomly getting shot at by two people who kept sitting down, so i spent most of my night trying to get the names of the people doing it, i manage to get one of the names and that is all, (skip to the end for main evidence)

You can also see on his signature his IGN is "Steve Rockhard" the same as the random shooter.

Maybe i shouldn't post it here but i hear in the video that u don't have the sound fix. You can get it here : http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=247646684. It will stop the weird sounds in background. Just wanted to help
