Summary:
The ddos attack wasnt over and a officer choose to either impound or steal Dooper's car. He drove around in it like crazy and had no entention to leave it. He drove total four people over and kept on driver afterwards.
I do sadly not have footage or video evidence of this, i know it's stupid and is just making it a harder job for you ( the staff ) but i can only say logs.
If the logs those not prove anything please just close this, i have no evidence to approve this one myself.

Logs are too weak to prove the fact that they were intentional CDM's and not accidental.
