Summary:
The server was still under ddos, i was just walking around speaking to some players and looking ad their stuff. I saw NEW_HeroXD run around with a handgun so i followed him. He stopt ad the Bank of America and where speaking to Bladet.
Several seconds after he just shot him in the face.
I only have evidence of him shooting not the actual reason, no matter what Bladet was unarmed and it was in the middle of population.
