Drugged vision - Anakonda - 06-23-2014
Hello,
I am having this problem with my vision, it shows the vision that you get when being drunk in-game, like "delaying" and blurry. Now i have tried reinstalling, i have tried to uncheck all addons. And none of these worked... And it is not only for the fearless servers but all gmod servers overall and it does not work reopening gmod either...

You might want to try to see if the Frame Bend is on under post process while holding Q on the first tab...
