Summary: started as prop climb into back of tides then SRU steals the truck and drives off with people in the back.

nope the truck was not being confiscated (impounded) as shown in the pics they all prop-climbed into the back (using Elton_john's prop) and the SRU driving pick-locked the truck and drove off!, even if it was being impounded (which it wasn't) the SRU shouldn't do that with people in the back of the truck.
